Job Title: Workday US Payroll
Job Description:
We are actively seeking an Application Consultant with specialized knowledge in Workday US Payroll
to join our dynamic team. As an Application Consultant, you will take a lead role in providing
consultancy services, focusing on designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business
processes and application requirements. Your primary focus will be on Workday US Payroll,
collaborating with the Deployment and Support Team to ensure a seamless solution transition and
ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert consultancy services in the design, building, and configuration of applications,
with a primary focus on Workday US Payroll, aligning with business processes and application
requirements.
• Collaborate with the Deployment and Support Team to define comprehensive solution
handover requirements.
• Assess the readiness for solution acceptance, ensuring all criteria are met before
deployment.
• Accept solution transition by coordinating with relevant teams and stakeholders.
• Operate, support, and maintain the solution in accordance with the defined Service Level
Agreement (SLA).
Key Skills:
• Specialized knowledge in Workday US Payroll.
• Strong understanding of application design, development, and configuration.
• Consultancy mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
