Job Description
1. Knowledge in Absence Plans, Time Entry Templates, Time Calculations, Time Entry Codes and Accrual Calculations
2. Configuration about Worker Eligibility, Business Processes (i.e. Approval, Notifications, Alerts, Validations) , Work Schedule Calendar setup
3. Knowledge in Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, and EIBs
4. Detailed understanding of Workday HCM and Absence / Time Tracking processes and best practices
5. Experience in gathering requirements, design, prototype, and testing of Workday Absence and Time Tracking solutions according to customer requirements
6. 5-6 years of relevant experience
