We are looking for a Work-From-Home Solar Recruiter / Dispatcher / Virtual Assistant and earn up to 43,000 PHP + per month.
Schedule:
Monday-Saturday: Schedule 1 (morning shift): 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM PST or Schedule 2 (Afternoon shift): 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM PST with 30 minutes paid Break
Qualifications:
- Excellent English phone and writing skills
- Enthusiastic and passionate about hiring people, with the ability to think on your feet
- Strong team-player mentality
- Little to no accent for clear communication
 
Responsibilities:
- Post job ads on various platforms including Indeed, Craigslist, and others to recruit door-knockers and salespeople for our Solar Company
- Conduct interviews with prospective candidates
- Follow up and manage candidate pipelines to ensure a smooth hiring process
- Dispatch solar representatives to homeowners and coordinate their activities to ensure efficient completion of tasks
- Follow up with homeowners via phone calls to confirm customer satisfaction
- Assist with social media queries, including Instagram and other platforms
