We are looking for an Experienced Remote Assistant
NOTE: It is crucial that you follow "HOW TO APPLY" instructions
Shift Schedule: 08:00 PM-05:00 AM PH TIME Monday - Friday with 30 mins paid lunch break
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Fill up electrical permits with drawings:
- Review project requirements and gather necessary information for permit applications.
- Prepare accurate and detailed drawings, including electrical layouts, diagrams, and specifications, in compliance with local codes and regulations.
- Upload prepared permit with all required drawings and documents to Service Fusion( program Princeton Electrical Makeover works with)
2. Conduct electrical load calculations:
- Analyze project specifications to determine electrical load requirements.
- Utilize appropriate software/tools to perform accurate load calculations for various electrical system components( The tool is provided by Princeton Electrical Makeover)
- Collaborate with the master electrician to ensure compliance with electrical codes and standards.
3. Assist in virtual estimates for electrical vehicle charger installations:
- Review customer inquiries and project details related to electrical vehicle charger installations.
- Conduct virtual assessments and gather necessary information to provide accurate estimates.
- Collaborate with the master electrician as needed
-Create an estimate and submit customer via Service Fusion
4. Documentation and Communication:
- Maintain complete and organized documentation of all permit applications, drawings, calculations, and estimates.
- Communicate effectively with the master electrician, clients, and team members regarding project progress, updates, and any required revisions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred).
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and standards.
- Previous experience/familiarity with electrical permit applications, drawings, and load calculations.
- Proficient in using relevant software/tools for electrical design and calculations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in preparing drawings and calculations.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and team members remotely.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining effective teamwork.
