Shift Schedule:
Schedule 1: (3 CSR)
05:00AM - 01:30PM MON-SUN PST
(08:00PM - 04:30AM MON-SUN Manila Time) with 30 mins unpaid lunch
Schedule 2: (3 CSR)
01:30PM - 10:00PM MON-SUN PST
(04:30AM - 01:00PM Manila Time) with 30 mins unpaid lunch
NOTE: Must work weekend. Two days off are on weekdays - Scheduling TBD
 
Training Availability: 2 Week Paid Training
1ST Week of Training: 6:15AM - 1:30PM MON-FRI PST (09:15PM - 04:30AM Manila Time MON-FRI)
2ND Week of Training MON-FRI (Time varies based on mentor's scheduling)
Qualifications:
Good communication, phone, and interpersonal skills.
Able to think analytically while problem solving
Able to effectively manage time and stress pressure
Work in a cohesive team environment
Be proficient in relevant computer applications
Sales/Retention experience is a plus
Perfect English with no accent
Great phone personality and easy to talk to
Work From Home setup
Must have own laptop/PC
Must have noise cancellation headset
Reliable internet connection (with back up is a PLUS)
Willing to work on a shifting schedule
 
Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming customer calls, emails and chats.
Troubleshoot/resolve customer's problem.
Actively listen and respond to customer's issues and concerns.
Take on special projects from time to time.
Identify and escalate priority issues.
