Roles and Responsibilities:
A qualified Production Architect to take provided custom conceptual/schematic designs into production of Construction Documentation for permitting.
Able to handle both Residential and Commercial Projects
Capable of doing research missing information/details/specifications for product, building systems, details and architectural type.
Able to set up Project Sheets sheet tabs in AutoCAD for each project as required), populate sheet tabs with relevant plan, detail layouts, keynotes, general notes, tables, details and other information.
Able to generate in CAD Model Space all graphics required to place on Sheets for notation, dimensioning and keynotes. Will be given very basic information about concept that will be used to develop the rest of the drawings needed for production.
Can generate PDFs for review and redline as required to keep the project moving forward at a regular intervals.
Self Directed, Disciplined, and dedicated to each project from start to completion
Has the capacity to manage, update progress, answer questions, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
Requirements
Licensed Architect with At least 5 years of relevant work experience particularly in
Can work at night preferably within US Business Hours.
Equipment:
