Requirements:
High School Diploma, general education degree or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years' experience with Customer service.
Minimum of 1 year experience with CMS (e.g. Joomla, Wordpress, Drupal, Laravel)
Advance knowledge of Web Hosting & fundamental knowledge in SEO.
Intermediate communication skills
Interpersonal skills
Technical skills (Hosting services/Troubleshooting WordPress, SSH, WP Cli, DNS, PHP, and Database)
Great attention to detail
Ability to multitask.
Competencies Required:
Handling email and chat queues efficiently
Understand and troubleshoot technical inquiries; topics includes DNS, SSH, and WordPress issues
Keeping Up-to-Date with Product Updates and Procedures
Escalate issues, bugs, and improvements to appropriate channels
Acts as the Point of Contact (POC) for updates and assistance on specific products
Provide guidance and serve as the go-to person for clarifying and discussing tickets handled by new colleagues/trainees
Take ownership of escalated cases and ensure timely follow up
