QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Woodworking, Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in woodworking production management or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of managerial experience.
In-depth kowledge of woodworking techniques, materials, machinery, and tools.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire,motivate and mentor team members to achieve organizational objectives.
Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints and specifications.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
A commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety, quality and craftsmanship.
