Installation, configuration and tuning of WebLogic, OBIEE, BI Publisher and Universal Content Management (UCM). . UCM administration includes SOAP, Webdav, and Enterprise Content Management components including DM, WCM and DAM services. . Design and optimise Java Application server modelling and objects . Lead Installation and configurations of multi-layer WLS domains and related components along with upgrade to higher versions (Greenfield/In-Situ) . Guide in troubleshooting App packages/components along with thread/heap dump analysis . Tuning of Weblogic, OBIEE, BI Publisher and UCM. Develops standards and tuning metrics and alert threshold . Provide technical leadership and administer different landscape projects . To develop and manage infrastructure monitoring tools used by the DevOps and Maintenance teams . Be part of discussions with respect to Upgrade and enhancements with respect to compliance and application performance . Collaborate with all relevant IT resources to develop preventive measures and automated remediation of production issues . Participate in continuous improvement initiatives Skills/Experience required: . Prior handson on experience in Platform upgrade . Prior experience in Weblogic administration and design . Familiar with integrated technologies- DB, MQ , SOAP, J2EE, BPEL,XSLT . Familiar with Middleware upgrades and enhancements . Core understanding of Weblogic components, Server/Cluster/DO/JNI/DS . Good understanding of Java coding/conifg standards . Strong communication, presentation and coordination skills . Strong leadership skills to drive the implementation and support Desirable . Oracle Certification in Weblogic Administration or equivalent . Devops Tools experience such as Ansibe, Puppet, Jenkins etc . Knowledge in JBOSS , Oracle DB, MQ and other middleware components in integration to Weblogic
