Role Overview
Wisium Key Accounts Manager is an individual contributor and responsible to deploy Wisium's technologies, processes and evidence of performance to feedmill and farms customers in designated provinces and selected customers.
Specifically, the Key Accounts Manager is responsible for area business planning and work relationship in the job scope and matrix species; and deliver 80,000 USD annual Gross Margin in Year 1, 200,000 USD annual Gross Margin in Year 2, annual 400,000 USD GM in Year 3 and at least 500,000 USD annual GM starting Year 4.
Your Responsibilities
He/She reports directly to the Wisium Sales Director. He/She has a firm coordination with Technical Manager and Formulations Manager. He/She also maintains cross-functional relationships with Quality and Nutrition Departments as well as with Customer Solutions, Credit and Collection, and Marketing Departments.
He/She will monitor, coordinate, and compile document feeds and animal performance data in coordination with Technical Manager to generate results and testimonials from customers as evidence of performance (EOP).
The Key Accounts Manager is responsible to determine the needs and primary problems of the feedmill and farm customers, recommend solutions on basic concerns, recommend key experts and resources for bigger issues, and communicate compiled solutions to customers.
The Key Accounts Manager is responsible to gather facts and data, using Wisium Data Forms, to manage customers' needs for feeds analysis, animal health and management diagnosis, feeds formula, and other Wisium 360* package.
The Key Accounts Manager is responsible to perform sales activities to generate revenues and ensure payment collections from Firm Services and from the sales of Premix, Basemix, Concentrates, Feeding Care and Specialty Products to identified customers.
Your Profile
Degree in animal nutrition or business or engineering or related field of study
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in feeds, animal premix or mills industry
You should have experience in key account management for a number of accounts in the animal nutrition industry
You should be detailed oriented, customer service focused
Ability to travel within Philippines is a must
