Wholesale Outsourcing Specialist Duties:
Assist with daily administrative support activities
Assist in product research and outsourcing
Become familiar with the company's policies and procedures
Become knowledgeable about products needed by customer
Wholesale Outsourcing Specialist Responsibilities:
Engage & connect with suppliers in expanding company's network, conduct calls, and follow-up on leads
Identify customer needs, in-depth research on suppliers, and qualify inquiries
Assist with identifying and building strategic territory relationships, and follow up with existing supplier quotations
Strong concentration and organization skills required
Requirements And Skills:
Any bachelor's degree holder (We welcome fresh graduates who are willing to be trained!)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Excellent English communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Can work ASAP
