JOB DESCRIPTION
Your day in Conectys:
Queue Monitoring.
Agent Monitoring.
Responsible in assigning work (calls, SM, emails, chat,etc) to agents and ensure.
Handle complicated reports.
Provide analysis on staffing and SLAs.
Reforecast within the day data.
Shift POC for any WFM-RTA-related concern and provide guidance and consultancy to juniors WFM-RTAs.
JOB QUALIFICATION
You come with:
A C1 English spoken level and B2 English written level
At least 1 year of experience in WFM.
Knows the basic and advanced concepts of Real-Time Management.
Advanced MS Excel Skills
