WFH RECRUITMENT & ADMIN OFFICER/BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
 
Serve as Business Development Manager/Recruitment & Admin Officer authorized to work for our company.
Shift Schedule: 10:00PM-07:00AM MONDAY - FRIDAY fixed weekends off
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Communicate with prospective clients in order to assess their needs with regard to the remote staffing services that we offer and qualify them as to their client potential.
Contribute in creating content and posting job openings on various hiring platforms including but not limited to Mynimo, Jobstreet, Facebook, LinkedIn, and OnlineJobsPh.
Sourcing of potential candidates. Conduct interviews of applicants via phone, email, text or online (Skype).
Maintain a database with real-time updates on application status and account information.
General Admin Tasks including but not limited to:
Requesting tools/login credentials from IT for the new hires
Sending service agreements to clients
Sending contracts/job offers to new hires
Answer client inquiries and concerns
Connecting with potential candidates
Screen applicants from various channels according to role requirements
Inform job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, schedules and working conditions
Checks and monitors daily attendance using our remote monitoring software called Worksnaps
Orients newly hired employees with time keeping tools
QUALIFICATIONS:
Recruitment experience is a PLUS
Sales experience is a PLUS!
Perfect English with no accent
Great phone personality and easy to talk to
Self-motivated/High Energy Individual who is highly motivated by MONEY
Great English communication skills
Proficient in Google and Microsoft Apps
Basic computer skills
Work From Home setup
Must have own laptop/PC
Must have noise cancellation headset
Reliable internet connection (with back up is a PLUS)
Good organizational skills w/ ability to implement management of change
Willing to work on a shifting schedule
PERKS:
For the role, you'll receive a 15% recurring incentive for each active hire's monthly gross profit. Plus, there's an additional 5% recurring incentive for the same when hires remain active.
