Project and Team Management
Provide strong, dynamic leadership that mentors, develops, and shares best practices with operation teams
to efficiently and effectively drive performance and profitability
Provide analytical insights on the overall operations performance and give recommendations for
improvements
Provide coaching, feedback and development plans to Operations Managers
Manage performance of training, quality, analytics and workforce staff / lead / manager
Drive and promote workplace integrity
Contribute to strategic cost-saving initiatives
Ensure high employee satisfaction ratings through employee engagement activities and people leadership
Conceptualize and implement projects for process improvement
Overall responsibility for team structure, recruiting, on-boarding, training and retention
Who are we looking for?
Minimum of 10 years of BPO or Business Services related industry experience in a Call Center Environment
Proven success record in fast-paced, high volume operations management for at least 3 years
Excellent computer skills, including MS Office is a plus..
Effective written & verbal communication including presentation skills
Leader with demonstrated decision-making and team building skills
Problem Solving and Root Cause Analysis Skills
Must have client management experience
Change management capability
