Job Description
Welding materials using the correct materials to join the metals together
Reading and understanding blueprints prior to starting a project
Checking finished work to make sure that it falls within the tolerances marked on the blueprints
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Engineering(Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding) or similar fields.
With at least 2-3 years working experience in heavy - duty welding and repairs on earthmoving machinery and equipment.
Must be competent in welding using various methods (Arc, CO2, SMAW Welder).
Should have Welder Qualification Test (WQT) Result, TESDA NCII Certificate or Trade Test Certificate for electron methods (MMA) + CO2 (SMAW/MIG/MAG NCII).
Must be competent in measuring, cutting and fabricating metal structures.
