Be part of our Company here at Mighty Lynx Solutions Inc. We are looking for a Welder that will be assigned here at Northridge Plaza Congressional Quezon City.
Job Qualifications:
The capacity to successfully communicate with people
Prior supervising and welding experience is desired
Excellent verbal communication abilities
NC II or any welding certification is required
This position preferably requires a minimum of 1-3 years of work experience in a similar sector
Job Descriptions:
Provide staff in allocated work centers with leadership, guidance, and training
Predict, assess, and diagnose production issues in order to organize remedial measures
Adhere to Company work rules and standards
Direct and/or assist in the implementation of better manufacturing processes utilizing Lean methodology and technologies
Communication - Establish positive relationships with everyone
Ensure timely and clear communication about equipment concerns
Employee Development & Training - Train and assess apprentices honestly and objectively
