Job Description
Ability to pass Welder Qualification Tests to AS/ NSZ 1554.1 SP- GMAW & FCAW ( Butt weldsand multi run Fillets welds)
Experience joining, welding and marking out Large Diameter Steel Pipe
Steel Fabrication experience joining steel plates and maintaining tolerances
Understanding the mathematical properties of a circle, Diameters, Circumference, Pythagoras
Operating Welding Booms, Manipulators and Pipe Rotators
Ability to maintain welding machinery ( Mechanically Minded)
Remove sharp edges and spatter, blending stop starts from welded areas on Steel Pipes
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Engineering(Others) or similar fields.
Candidates must speak and understand English
