• Responds to phone messages and deliver related information/ services to customers.
• Check mail, fax, and e-mail to provide customer services.
• Manages computer/online regulations for the main objective of responding to client requests.
• Communicates with clients on the phone or by means of written correspondence to resolve issues.
• Finding out the customers' preferences by effective listening and questioning skills
• Dealing Involved with all calls politely, courteously, professionally & assertively
 
Qualifications:
Amenable to working onsite(office-based)
Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications will be a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred language: English.
Strong active listening skills, patience, and empathy when dealing with customers.
Nice to have:
Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer support environment.
