We are in need of a Website and Video Editing Manager that can start ASAP.
Website Manager will perform the following duties and responsibilities:
1. Manage new and existing construction projects
2. Update and manage all pricing and status for each project
3. Edit and upload videos to the website, YouTube, Facebook, social media platforms
4. Develop website FAQs video strategy
5. Manage and develop a blogging strategy for the website
6. Grow our subscriber base
7. Work with designers, product marketing, sales, and external influencers and other industry experts
8. Update content descriptions for each new project
9. Upload new content daily including images, videos, project updates, local events, blogs, features, and more
Website Content Manager should have the following qualifications:
1. Must have a working experience in some type of website management, ideally in real estate
2. Must have a working experience in producing, uploading, or managing video content for a website
3. Real estate or development experience a plus
4. Must have a working experience in building online audiences
5. Good time-management skills
6. Ability to multi-task
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
8. Critical-thinker and problem-solver
9. Team player
