About the Role
As a Website Optimisation Specialist, you will be responsible for shaping and optimising the user experience and conversion rate of their digital channels through data analysis and testing. Reporting directly to the Digital Marketing Manager, your role will be vital in managing the digital side of the company's website.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Diagnosing and repairing technical issues.
Combe and apply your SEO and engine optimisation expertise.
Monitoring and maintaining CRMs of all websites.
Creating traffic and connection within the pages.
Improve end-to-end search equity of all brand sites and B2B sites by ensuring effective optimisation of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO elements.
Consistently monitor site health via audits ensuring all errors and warnings relating to key ranking factors are resolved (e.g., slow page load speed, broken internal links, duplicate pages, etc).
Implement KW research techniques and CRO to build rich and highly converting content.
Prepare comprehensive traffic performance report to be on top of KW rankings, new sessions growth, competition landscape, and ROI by effective use of assets like GA, Search Console, GTM, and Google Data Studio.
Effectively manage all internal web development requests from both AU and NZ on creating & updating webpages, banners, forms, new features, etc. on Commerce Vision and WordPress.
Quality assurance and testing of different site assets i.e., banners, forms, landing pages, check-out, etc. to ensure seamless UI/UX.
Assist the Digital Marketing Manager with onboarding and maintaining marketing automation and digital marketing platforms with effective use of APIs, upload of customer database, and mapping customers journeys for optimal performance of the platforms.
About You
You love working in a fast-paced environment with a passion for digital and design. You have meticulous attention to detail and good communicator by being proactive and responsive to your task. You have great time and task management abilities, and, most importantly, you have a strong sense of priority and teamwork. Because you have vast experience, you are creative and have ideas and suggestions that are great to share with the team.
Position Prerequisites
With at least 5 years of working experience in the relevant field.
Working knowledge of e-commerce analytics methods and platforms (Google Analytics).
With a background in Shopify or Magento platform.
Experience using JavaScript, HTML-CSS coding is mandatory.
Experience using CMS, SEM rush, AH Web, and/or other platforms.
Experience in PHP coding and Zapier is an advantage but not required.
End-to-end experience in creating, managing, and integrating pages.
Stay ahead on best practices and the latest trends in web analytics and conversion rate optimisation tactics.
Experience working within a digital environment.
Flexibility to work with development and digital teams to formulate, ideate, and prioritise test ideas.
Ability to manage experimentation roadmap.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with both internal and external customers.
Work collaboratively, negotiate, and engage with all stakeholders to achieve department and company objectives.
Ability to manage time effectively to achieve personal goals and key performance indicators.
With a high level of emotional intelligence and business acumen with the ability to exhibit sound judgment and decision-making skills.

Work Setup
