-Will maintain the business's ecommerce platform
-Exp with Magento is an advantage
-MUST BE proficient in microsoft word, excel, powerpoint
-Skillfull with Movie Maker, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro -and various multi-media editing programs
-Able to communicate effectively through written and oral forms
-Social Media Marketing
-Website Maintenance
-Video Editing
-Photography
-Photo Editing
-Customer Service
 
 
 
 
SCOPE OF WORK:
-Maintenance for all brands and products as required
-Maintain quality control and ensure content is correct and error free
-Obtain tasks from various sources and take appropriate actions
-Reporting on Magento, SAP and other platforms when required.
-Work well under pressure and meet deadlines according to business requirements.
-Audit of websites to make sure products are live and up to date.
-Assist with various other tasks as required by the business
 
 
QUALIFICAITONS:
-Listing – basic knowledge of item creation for websites
-Customer Service – responding to tickets coming from various businesses (comm. skill);critical thinking
-Knowledge in image editing is a plus
-Can read html coding is a plus
-Experience in Magento
