Job Description
Website Development: Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites using modern web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and various content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla.
Front-End Development: Create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) that align with our brand identity and business objectives. Ensure cross- browser compatibility and optimize websites for performance and sp
Back-End Integration: Implement back-end functionalities, such as database management, server-side scripting, and API integrations, to support dynamic website features and functionality.
Content Management: Update website content, images, and multimedia assets as needed, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and consistency across all pages and sections. Train content contributors on CMS usage and best practices.
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and debugging of websites to identify and resolve issues, ensuring functionality, accessibility, and usability. Perform browser and device testing to ensure compatibility across different platforms.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Implement SEO best practices, including keyword optimization, metadata optimization, and site structure improvements, to enhance website visibility and search engine rankings.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor website performance metrics, such as traffic, engagement, and conversion rates, using web analytics tools like Google Analytics. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize website performance.
Security and Compliance: Implement security measures to protect websites from cyber threats, malware, and hacking attacks. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA, by implementing appropriate safeguards and protocols.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Computer Science/Information technology or similar fields.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field. Relevant certifications and training courses are a plus.
Proven experience as a website developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous website projects and technical skills.
Proficiency in front-end development languages and frameworks, such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Experience with CMS platforms and frameworks, such as WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla. Familiarity with custom theme development and plugin customization is preferred.
Knowledge of back-end development languages and frameworks, such as PHP, Python, or Ruby on Rails.
Familiarity with web design principles, UI/UX best practices, and responsive design techniques.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug technical issues.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with stakeholders.
