Job Description:
Our client is the leading direct-to-consumer manufacturer, wholesaler, and retailer of cabling, IT management accessories, and server racks in Australia. They specialise in copper cables, network cables, fibre leads and accessories, network server rack equipment, data, and other electrical cabling products.
They are seeking an experienced Website Content Assistant to join their Marketing team.
Job Responsibilities:
Digital website production and publishing support for the ANZ websites
Review, edit and publish website content on all websites using the Magento Enterprise platform
Daily monitoring and tracking of the website's performance and content accuracy and ensure content is updated and maintained
Develop and launch landing pages and content associated with ongoing, short-term marketing initiatives
Test and track the efficacy of custom links
Communicate and work closely with third-party website developers to address any technical website issues.
Identify areas to further optimise and improve the website
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in digital content publishing and web support roles
Excellent communication skills are necessary to instruct and work with internal departments, external website developers, and agencies.
Experience with the Magento Enterprise platform essential and the ability to learn Magento-related technologies
Web development experience with Magento is desirable
Experience and understanding in Google Analytics to monitor traffic and analyse traffic and sales across channels
Understanding the process of working through website issues and solving complex problems
High attention to detail and strong solutions focus
Ability to undertake multiple tasks, high workflow, and projects
Ability to work to deadlines and manage issues
Proficient time management skills and organizational abilities
Highly self-motivated, ethical, and professional
