Duties:
Social Media Management.
Manage the client's inbox.
Manage contracts and deliverables.
Scheduling podcasts.
Hosting webinars (requires being able to introduce speakers and run Zoom.)
Managing webinar and training workflows, including gathering information and scheduling webinars.
Content review of white papers, e-books, and marketing materials.
Sourcing content and following up with audience/readers.
Editing, Proofreading, and posting submitted content to the website(s)
Qualifications:
Must have experience with the following software, tools, and platforms: Active Campaign, Office 365, Zoho, Canva, Zoom, Broadstreet Ads, Metro Publisher, Linked In, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube.
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills (in English).
Must be organized and willing to learn and adapt to a rapidly changing work environment.
Must be proficient in various business software tools.
Proficiency with audio, video, and podcasting tools is an advantage.
Team player: able to work with colleagues and supervisor
Able to work with time-tracking applications (ScreenshotMonitor, TimeDoctor, etc.).
Technical Requirements:
Personal Unit (Laptop) w/ at least i3 core processor, 2.5 GHz, and 4GB Ram.
Reliable ISP (at least 5 Mbps) and a working web camera.
