🧩 What You'll Be Doing
Design and develop responsive websites using Webflow
Translate Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch files into dynamic, production-ready builds
Set up and manage Webflow CMS for scalable content structures
Implement custom interactions, animations, and Lottie integrations
Optimize sites for performance, accessibility, and SEO
Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketers to align visuals with strategy
Maintain and update existing websites - ensuring brand and UX consistency
(Bonus) Extend functionality using custom code (HTML, CSS, JS) or API integrations
✅ Who You Are
3+ years of experience in Webflow design and development
A strong portfolio showcasing modern, responsive websites
Fluent in Webflow CMS, design systems, and layout best practices
Eye for typography, hierarchy, and micro-interactions
Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing and product teams
Strong communicator who can explain ideas clearly in remote settings
Bonus: Familiarity with Figma, Framer, GSAP, or low-code tools
