The Role
CORE TASKS:
Leverage previous experience + additional channel-specific training to own ad operations across several clients and many channels
Creative uploads
Copy testing
Campaign set up (per client specs)
Monitor analytics and flag observations that fall outside of expectations (but not necessarily concrete thresholds)
Recommend changes based on observations
Prepare client presentations with updated reports (+ flag any data that appears abnormal based on client training)
Reports pulled from clients' dashboard, don't require specific experience or skills to pull
Market research (quantifying competitors/opportunities per specific criteria and maintaining their database entries)
The Requirements
MUST-HAVE:
2+ years of mobile advertising experience
Google & Facebook "app ads" experience extremely beneficial but not "required"
If not experienced it these two channels, must have some experience with other channels listed in "nice-to-have"
Strong verbal comms (internal with client - grow into client facing comms)
Basic spreadsheet skills (updating templates with new data, formatting, basic formulas)
Comfort looking at datasets to flag observations/issues
Must be attentive to detail, problem solver, and complete deliverables promptly
Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
Can work on the graveyard following the US Central Time
NICE-TO-HAVE:
Experience with other paid marketing social channels (TikTok, SnapChat, Twitter, etc. )
Experience with SDK Ad Networks (ironSource, Unity, Vungle, AppLovin, AdColony, etc.)
Experience buying on DSPs (Moloco, Appier, etc.)
Advanced spreadsheet skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas)
Project management in Notion for self management + cross team collaboration
Web3 knowledge or experience (through work or personal experience)
GROW-INTO:
External-Client-facing comms
address basic questions regarding setups + budgets on channels
execute requests direct from external-client during off-Upptic hours
Shared ownership of client relationships (especially important to ensure timely responses to client questions or comments)
Industry analysis in mobile + Web3 Gaming
Identifying trends + new projects
Launching new campaigns or channels to take advantage of new strategies
Advanced analytical ability
Data comprehension. If given a question, you'll help determine what data (including dimensions/aggregation + filtering) will answer it, then analyze and package data to be presentable and actionable
Understanding data at a nuanced level to flag problems + strategies that don't meet specific threshold criteria
