What we offer:
Permanent, full time position (40 hours per week)
PHP 45,000 to 65,000 per month
Generous bonuses paid every 3 months - up to 15% for high performers
13 month pay

What we need you to have:
Excellent Written and Spoken English
3+ years' experience working as a Web Developer, Designer or Programmer
Experience with UX design, web design, and graphic design 
Experience with responsive website implementation for mobile using CSS
Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML, CSS and Javascript.
Experience working with and tweaking graphics in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues.
Excellent visual design skills.
Creative and open to new ideas.
Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques.
Modern and reliable computer with microphone, headset and webcam
Fast and reliable internet connection (minimum 1.5 Mbit upload speed during peak times)
Quiet and distraction-free workspace
What you'll be doing:
Maintain an up to date knowledge of best practice UX principles for form design
Design insurance application forms based upon best practice UX principles
Build complex multi-page forms with transitions, calculated data fields and complex conditional expressions
Set up and configure workflows and transitions
Use CSS to control and customise layout and presentation
Selection and design of icons to be used throughout user interfaces
Selection, adjustment and manipulation of images
Design and produce landing pages to house insurance application forms
Design custom reports using the Liquid template language
Build a working knowledge of excel functions in order to create maintainable ratings engine calculations
Set up payment processing by configuring integrations with payment and credit card providers, including premium funding providers
Translate data to create structured documents (JSON, XML, CSV) for integrating with external systems
Assist testers and project managers to resolve issues
