- Manage and track multiple projects simultaneously.
- Providing consistent and concise progress reports to management.
- Defining project scope and giving clear instructions to the team
- Utilize project management tools to establish and maintain efficient workflows.
- Ensure account needs are properly communicated to project teams
- Manage workload, meet deadlines, track hours, and pay attention to project details
- Manage and review the quality of work to ensure it meets company standards
- Manage project tasks and communication with the team and keep projects on budget and on-time
- Performing other duties as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATION:
- 1-2 years of website project management and/or web development experience
- A degree associated with Information Technology or Computer Science
- Strong organizational skills to manage many projects with different deadlines
- Must have strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Experience managing technical and/or website development projects.
- Demonstrated experience with WordPress
- Strong communication ability to handle client chat, email, and zoom meetings.
- Familiar with project management tools and/or software packages.
- Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Willing to work in a night-shift schedule
