Position Summary:
HostPapa Inc. is a leading web hosting and cloud services provider for small- to medium-sized businesses, with over half a million websites hosted worldwide.

We're looking for an amazing person who is committed to helping others. We work with web hosting customers from all over the world, and with that comes an endless amount of challenges and learning experiences.
Schedule - All on Eastern Time (Toronto):
Thursday - Monday:
2:00 AM - 11:00 AM
What you'll do:
Assist customers with technical questions/issues over chat, email/tickets and phone.
Troubleshoot and solve errors for the most common content management systems(WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, etc).
Assist customers with email/account issues
Work with various internal tools and systems to fulfill your daily duties
Provide customers with a "WOW!" experience
About you:
Must have experience working in the web hosting industry
In-depth experience with cPanel and Plesk
Experience with WHMCS would be a plus
Proactive and fast learner
Ability to troubleshoot website and email problems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
Driven to be the best and you have examples to prove it
