WEB DEVELOPER
 
Job Responsibilities
Design and develop websites and web applications.
Implement front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Develop responsive and cross-browser compatible web interfaces.
Build and customize CMS platforms, primarily WordPress.
Collaborate with backend developers and Japanese staff throughout planning, development, testing, and deployment phases.
Stay up to date with the latest technologies and continuously improve development quality.
 Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Practical working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Strong understanding and hands-on experience in responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
Experience in CMS development and customization, including:
Creating original WordPress themes
Developing WordPress plugins
Designing complex custom fields and custom post types
Basic understanding of PHP (sufficient for WordPress customization).
Experience using Git and NPM in development workflows.
Ability to quickly identify issues and perform effective debugging.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Professional and respectful communication skills.
Must be willing to work in Cebu City.
Available to start immediately.
Portfolio submission is highly preferred.
Preferred Skills
Experience in REST API development using Node.js and Express.js
Experience in database design and management (e.g., MongoDB)
Animation implementation skills, including: CSS Animations
SVG Animations
Libraries such as GSAP
Experience with modern frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Vue.js
Basic knowledge of Web Marketing and SEO
