To be a Full Stack Developer you should have:
 Bachelor's degree on Engineering, IT/Computer Science or similar is strongly preferred.
 Mid (2-4 years) / Senior (4 years and above) level of experience as a Full Stack Developer
 Experience with client-side frameworks (Bootstrap, jQuery, React)
 Expertise in designing and integrating RESTful APIs
 Must have a killer python skill
 Have an experience in working with co-located Agile teams is a plus
 Knowledgeable with deployments across AWS Services is a plus
 RDS / MySQL migration or optimization experience is a plus
 Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
 Good problem-solving skills.
 Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Your Responsibilities as a Full Stack Developer will be:
 Designing and developing APIs to enhance our company's web-based platform.
 Refactor and optimize the existing client-side codebase.
 Actively participate in design decisions to keep our platform future proof.
 Designing user interactions on web pages.
 Developing back-end website applications.
 Creating servers and databases for functionality.
 Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones.
 Ensuring responsiveness of applications.
 Seeing through a project from conception to finished product.
 Meeting both technical and consumer needs.
 Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages.
 Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions
SIMPLE AND SMART OFFSHORING
 Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
 Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
 Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
 Create security and data protection settings
 Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
 Write technical documentation
 Work with data scientists and analysts to improve software
