JOB DESCRIPTION
The Web Developer is responsible for implementing and assuring the overall quality and client satisfaction for all web development initiatives and strategies for assigned accounts. We are looking for a talented, experienced, and smart individual who enjoys working in a highly collaborative team setting in a fast-paced environment.
The Web Developer should be able to develop in mobile (Android, iOS, etc.) microsites, full websites, social sites, email marketing, and other coding requirements for additional marketing channels.
Additionally, The Web Developer & Digital Designer will work closely with copywriters, creative directors, designers, and account managers.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s/ College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field
At least 2+ years of web development experience.
Strong knowledge of WordPress, HubSpot, and other Web development platforms.
Strong experience in frontend development
Ability to code configurable and customizable themes and widgets.
Experience creating configurable, extensible, and customizable plugins.
Experience with responsive design and Bootstrap.
Experience with FB API, Twitter API, Instagram API, etc.
Strong knowledge of PHP, Javascript, HTML, and CSS/LESS.
Ability to convert PSD mockups into coded pages.
Experience with dynamic loading.
Ability to set-up and configure MySQL databases.
Experience using Webflow is a plus
Extreme attention to detail.
Proactive, take-charge attitude.
Demonstrated capacity for independent initiative.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google suite.
Proven ability to learn new tools and software quickly and independently.
Ability to work in a variety of marketing projects/media (creative, analytical, technical, etc.)
Experience in Marketing and startup environment a plus.
PORTFOLIO/WORK SAMPLES TO INCLUDE:
Sites with dynamic content.
Sites using a custom-built, responsive design theme.
Sites using a custom-built plugin.
Sites using a third-party social API.
Custom-built widgets.
Creating a shortcode.
Work involving dynamic, lazy loading of page content.
