We are seeking creative and experienced Web Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and user-friendly websites that effectively communicate our clients' brand identity and messaging. You will work closely with our development team to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality, delivering high-quality web solutions that exceed client expectations.

Handling the system department of Native Camp, one of the largest online English language schools in Japan, FORTY DEGREES CELSIUS INC., is engaged in the business of Information Technology (IT) and IT-enabled services such as web development, web translation, handling, and managing of computer data, processing, storage, systems design and analysis, creative services, programming, data communication, and consultancy for foreign clients.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
Design and create responsive websites that are visually appealing, easy to navigate, and optimized for various devices and browsers.
Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
Utilize industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Sketch to create design assets.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve the quality of our web solutions.
Work closely with the development team to ensure the feasibility and usability of design concepts, and provide guidance during the implementation phase.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and enhance user experience.
Collaborate with copywriters, developers, and other team members to ensure cohesive and integrated design solutions.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.
Provide support and assistance to clients during the website deployment and maintenance phases.
New app design, UI/UX design, wireframe creation
Discover issues for improving UI/UX of existing app designs, propose improvement plans, and collect information on trends
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in web design.
Impressive portfolio showcasing effective design solutions for business challenges.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proven experience as a web designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Solid understanding of user experience (UX) design principles and best practices.
Good at reflecting acquired knowledge and ideas in services like to catch and analyze trend information
Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Drupal is preferred.
Experience with responsive and mobile design techniques.
Knowledge of SEO principles and practices is advantageous.
