We are looking for an experienced and creative Web Designer to join our global remote team!
For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication and collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, Monday, Teemyco, and Google suite of tools.

Strong command of color theory, image composition, and typography
What you'll do:
Work with project managers to build and refine graphic designs for websites. Must have strong skills in Photoshop, Sketch, InvsionApp, UX Pin, or equivalent application(s).
Convert raw images and layouts from a graphic designer into CSS/XHTML themes.
Determine appropriate architecture, and other technical solutions, and make relevant recommendations to clients.
Develop and maintain robust Web style guides for all our consumer- and business-facing products.
Provide thought-leadership on Web design best practices and next-generation digital trends.
Create high-fidelity mock-ups for vetting and user testing, and finished .psd files for development.
Assist in the development of a new brand and how to convey it cohesively across our multiple Web properties.
Create site layout/user interface by using standard HTML / CSS / PHP / JAVA practices
Design and develop new interfaces for users
Develop website design strategy for new website builds with a focus on user experience
Work with SEO specialist on optimizing site content
Be involved in UI / UX meetings, and provide your expertise and initial mockup sketches.
Contribute to a style guide that dictates the colors, fonts, and design patterns that are used in our web app.
Excellent collaboration skills to work with teams across Marketing, Engineering, Product, and Business.
Use design standards, guidelines, and best practices
Qualifications (any or all):
Bachelor's degree in Web development or related field, or relevant experience.
Proven work experience as a Web Designer
Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design and wire-framing tools
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques, and technologies
BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a Visual Arts subject
WHERE?
This role is initially fully digital/remote, eventually establishing our global Hubs in the U.S, Australia, Asia, and Europe for regular teaming and events. Ideally APAC-based.
