Stay up-to-date with social media trends and competitors along with experimenting with new features, and always trying to optimize our channels to get the most out of our pages.
Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style and quality, and optimized for search and user experience for all content channels, including social media, mobile, video, and especially short-form content.
Managing projects from start to finish, providing creative ideas and design for new features and new products.
Design marketing assets across all channels - website, email, social media, ads, etc. according to brand.
Create social teasers, Input music, graphics, and effects to existing videos
Partnering with social, marketing, and design teams to brainstorm and storyboard video concepts
Optimize YouTube and FB videos with catchy titles, proper tags, cover photos, etc.
Create imagery and graphic elements using various application
Maintain overall social media and content calendar for the brand and execute against it, including posting
Develop and/or enhance the formatting of PowerPoint and other documents using varied design styles
Any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
Associates Degree required
Bachelor's Degree preferred
2+ years' experience in marketing, communications, social media, or another related discipline.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated skills in graphic design, social media, graphics animation, and motion design is a plus.
Proficiency in Google Suites, Adobe Suites including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
Good in developing video assets using Final Cut, Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve or similar applications.
Proficiency in using social sites such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube, and their respective analytics.
Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects, troubleshoot creative challenges, and deliver on schedule
With good verbal and written communication skills in English and Tagalog.
