The Modifications Team Lead will assist the Manager and team by providing guidance and support for the purpose of achieving the metrics outlined for the team and a best in class customer experience. Help create an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort. The ideal candidate is passionate about design and is able to action customer changes into their website/marketing program seamlessly.
· Motivate, recognize and celebrate the team and team member's accomplishments.
· Evaluate reporting and identify trends so that continuous improvement becomes standard business practice.
· Implement customer-provided changes using industry knowledge, design experience, and other creative assets to ensure a cohesive website that accomplishes company's goals.
· Ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexities, clearly communicate progress, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Openly accepts and incorporates qualitative feedback.
· Participates in cross-functional team meetings to improve processes.
· Detail-oriented, problem solver, and dynamic.
· Must be able to multi-task and work well in a fast paced environment.
· Strong conflict resolution, critical thinking and trouble-shooting skills.
· Adobe Photoshop required.
· Basic understanding of web authoring tools required.
· High school (or equivalent) is required.
· 1-2-years' experience in fast-paced work environment.
· College/University degree with 2-3 years professional experience, a plus.
