MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for a Web/Graphic Designer!
General Description: The Web/Graphics Designer is not only responsible for developing branding or promotional materials, but also for designing web pages and brand visuals for the company website.
Work Arrangement: 9 AM - 6 PM (PHT) from Monday to Friday ; Office-based
Office Location: 8F Skyrise 4B, Cebu IT Park, Cebu City
Responsibilities:
Develop multiple layout/graphic designs for branding/promotional materials, print and online advertisements including, but not limited to logos, websites, email campaigns, letterhead documents, brochures, invitations, newspaper/magazine, ads, billboard, posters, banners, menus, and online banners.
Design web pages and ensure that they are easy to navigate.
Develop creative materials using our suite of photos, logos, and brand visuals for use in the website, blog, email newsletters, social media, marketing collateral, events, and press materials.
Create design prototypes, including site navigation and layout of content.
Skill Requirements:
Adobe Creative Cloud
User experience (UX) design and graphic design
Web hosting/computer management systems
Other Requirements:
College Graduate of any course
Experience or proficiency with specific image software platforms is a plus.
A portfolio is a must.
Interpersonal, communication, presentation, and computer skills.
Understanding of animation, storytelling, and character development techniques.
Attention to detail, adaptability, and receptiveness to feedback and direction.
Ability to work independently or with a team to create graphics and solve problems.
Physically fit to work in a BPO setting
Willing to work in our Cebu IT Park office
Willing to work during holidays and weekends
Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):
Monthly salary of 18,000 - 22,000
Inclusive of 5,250 PHP for subsidies: rice, laundry, food, clothing, and more
New hire bonus of 5,000
