About the Role We are looking for a creative Web Design and Content Specialist to take the lead on curating quality digital content that attracts traffic to website to join our team. You will be working with our client in Australia, who has a reputation and proven track record in the supply of interior furnishings for commercial and residential consumers. This role will manage and maintain the content of the company's website and social media platforms. Responsibilities: Design and maintain the website and social media to promote brand awareness, drive traffic and increase conversions; Write clear, engaging and consistent messaging in style, tone and quality to the target audience; Assist in the marketing campaigns - product launches, promotions and site content; Identify digital asset needs and execute online specific promotions in alignment with lead generation strategies; Ensure all images, copy, products and promotions are functioning and rendering correctly on site; Maintain accurate product information and inventory on all media. Requirements Passionate about customer experience and strong insight on presentation; Self-motivated and can work independently; Creative thinker with highest attention to detail and quality; and Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work under tight timelines. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience; Strong proficiency in designing and maintaining website on Wordpress; Knowledge in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Canva; At least3+ years experience in website design, eCommerce content management and production for a retailer; Strong experience in product information and content management systems; Passionate in interior design, furniture and fit-out is a plus.
