Responsibilities :
Job Title: Web Customer Service Representative, IHG
Job Description: The Web Customer Service Representative is responsible for communications with IHG customers via phone and email regarding orders and consumables management services.
Role/Responsibilities:
Take phone calls and emails from IHG customers regarding:
Product information
Program information
Placing an order
Order status access or issues
Site issues
Maintain the consumables management program
Track registration
Add necessary information to spreadsheet/tool for tracking
Send out program emails
Proactive communications to participants in the program
Register and maintain IHG customers' access to the site
Registering new IHG users
Train customers and internal users on using the portal
Alert global strategist to any technical issues.
Reporting support
Work with the Global Account Web Support on IHG reporting
Maintain the IHG user report quarterly
Maintain the registration report for the consumables management services
Create and maintain other reports the business deems necessary
Skills:
Exemplary phone skills
Communicates well through email
MS Office Suite - including Word and Excel skills (Proficient level preferred)
Works well independently and with a cross-functional team
Systems:
Global Web Order Status
Workfront Ticketing system
Consumables Management System
Websites
Automated email system
