Web and Graphic Designer (Part Time - Evening Shift | USA Client)
Part-time 20 hours per week
Php 25,000 per month take-home pay
Working Hours: 4 hours per shift , From 12:00 Midnight - 4:00 AM Philippine Time, Tuesday to Saturday

Our client is based in the USA that seeks to position the global building sector as a positive force for sustainable development. Our client hopes to accomplish this through the promotion of green building and resilience practices, education and collaboration. They are doing their part to make a positive impact and take action to fight climate change.
They now seek a part time talented and experienced web and graphic designer to help produce our series of 11 textbooks.
About the Role:
Design and layout a series of 11 textbooks (about 100 pages each) including text, graphics, visuals,
outlines, and glossaries
Help with other marketing pieces as needed (annual reports, with charts and graphs, infographics, and
other visuals, including photos and/or maps, for client, prospect, investor and other audiences).
Collaborate with senior team members and other key stakeholders to create crisp, compelling and
professional social posts, signage, posters, flyers and elevator/lobby screen images.
Effectively communicate and collaborate with other practice areas to ensure the visual design is
communicating the desired message
Help to manage and fulfill internal production needs and ensure short- and long-term deadlines are met
Adhere to various brand guidelines
Proofread your own and other's work (grammar, typos, writing style)
Skills:
Required
Daily access to high-speed Internet connection Minimum of 2-3 years of proven professional experience in graphic design and presentation design
Online design portfolio
Web design
Strong design, color palette, layout, and typographical ability
Excellent analytical, verbal, written, and editorial skills
Ability to conceptualize, prioritize, and execute with little direction
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members across disciplines and in multiple geographic locations
Exceptional organizational skills (resource utilization and prioritization)
Meticulous attention to detail
Exceptional multi-tasking skills, self-motivation to complete projects and ability to meet fast and tight deadlines
Performance oriented, with willingness to adapt to meet deadlines
Your own sufficient computer equipment and software
Preferred
Annual Report design and production experience
PowerPoint presentation design experience
Experience working within commercial real estate and sustainability industry
Experience working with data to create graphics
Design for print
Experience with data visualization and GIS mapping tools (Tableau, ArcGIS)
Social Media (InstaGram, FaceBook, LinkedIn, and Twitter)
Platforms and Software:
Professional experience with Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
Professional experience with PC and Mac platforms
Professional experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Additional Details:
This position can be done remotely and located anywhere in the US or abroad. Preference given to candidates who can overlap some hours within the Pacific Time Zone (PT).
