₱ 50,000.00 (monthly) Permanent contract Full Time Remote
Position: Call Center representative (Healthcare Associates)
Work Set Up: Temporary WAH
Basic salary: PHP 50,000
Account: Call center US Registered Nurse
Qualifications:
US Registered Nurse & Ph Registered Nurse
With Active US License (valid for at least 6 months)
With active PRC License (valid for at least 6 months)
Must have at least 1 yr bedside Exp
Amenable to work in graveyard shift/shifting schedule
Temporary Work At Home-willing to relocate in manila
Willing to work in Bridgetowne,Quezon City
For Temporary WAH Set up:
Must have stable Internet connection (at least 50 mbps)/
willing to upgrade if less than 50 mbps
Salary and Benefits:
Upon hire;
PHP 50,000 basic pay
PHP 1,000 Flex Fund allowance
HMO
20% night shift differential
13th month pay
PHP 1,000 for WAH(without any connectivity issues)
Upon production:
Eligibility for variable pay(maximum of PHP3,500) plus US License renewal maximum of 2 states
Upon Regularization:
pay stated above +leave benefits, 1 free HMO dependent
Upon Certification:
PHP 4,000-Account premium allowance
Signing Bonus - PHP 100,000
Account premium (Tenure premium) - PHP 50,000 crediting spread from 13th month up to 24th month of employment
