Call Center Agent answers customer calls, addressing any inquiries or issues they may have. They must manage numerous incoming and outgoing calls from and to consumers, listen to their needs and problems, and offer useful answers.

• Must be at least 18 years old
• At least High School Graduate (old curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (new Curriculum)
