You support for the successful delivery of the client's HR function including operations, recruitment, training administration and ad hoc tasks.
 
Requirements:
2-4 year’s previous HR, training, or recruitment administration experience
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills;
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with a proactive approach;
Basic understanding of Australian legislation would be highly regarded;
Tech savvy with intermediate to advance level in the full Microsoft office suite particularly Excel and Word. 
Highly effective time management and personal organisation skills;
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
Forward thinking with the ability to anticipate and manage potential problems and needs;
Excellent attention to detail
