What is your mission?
You are also required to perform these job functions:
• Client Management
• Effectively conduct weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews
• Strategically align balanced scorecard with client objectives and key results areas
• Collaborate with market stakeholders and program managers across regions and business lines
• Ensure outstanding Client Satisfaction surveys through on-time hiring, effective training, metrics delivery and
employee retention
Project and Team Management
• Provide strong, dynamic leadership that mentors, develops, and shares best practices with operation teams
to efficiently and effectively drive performance and profitability
• Provide analytical insights on the overall operations performance and give recommendations for
improvements
• Provide coaching, feedback and development plans to Operations Managers
• Manage performance of training, quality, analytics and workforce staff / lead / manager
• Drive and promote workplace integrity
• Contribute to strategic cost-saving initiatives
• Ensure high employee satisfaction ratings through employee engagement activities and people leadership
• Conceptualize and implement projects for process improvement
• Overall responsibility for team structure, recruiting, on-boarding, training and retention
Who are we looking for?
• Minimum of 10 years of BPO or Business Services related industry experience in a Call Center Environment
• Proven success record in fast-paced, high volume operations management for at least 3 years
• Excellent computer skills, including MS Office is a plus..
• Effective written & verbal communication including presentation skills
• Leader with demonstrated decision-making and team building skills
• Problem Solving and Root Cause Analysis Skills
• Must have client management experience
• Change management capability
