Job Description:
-Receive calls about inquiries, reservations, and complaints.
Provide the information the customers are asking for.
Place customer reservations in the computer system.
Manage customer complaints and resolve as much as possible.
Identify and escalate issues (if necessary) to supervisors.
Maintaining customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
-Must be 18 years of age and above
-At least high school graduate with diploma/certificate
-Must NOT be a student/enrolled, and should have NO plans in pursuing their studies w/in 2 years employment
-Willing to work full-time and in shifting schedule (No Part-time)
-Average to excellent English communication skills
-Computer literate and with good web navigation skills
-Available to start ASAP
