0-12 months of continuous work experience
BPO / Any industry work experience
Prio BPO experience as Customer Service Representative
Customer Support via Inbound calls: Responsible for assisting customers with inquiries relating to: Biling, sign-ups, Status of Service Orders, Status of Transfers
Above Average to Excellent verbal (Confident & Conversational) & written communication
Above Average to Excellent problem solving skill
Attent to detail
PC skill - Typing speed & accuracy; navigation
Customer Service skills
Objection handling
Empathetic
Resilient
Flexibility to meet schedule
