₱ 30,000.00 (monthly) Permanent contract Full Time
A nurse is a healthcare professional who is responsible for providing medical and nursing care to patients. The role of a nurse can vary depending on the specific setting and the patient's needs, but some common duties of a nurse may include:
• Assessing and monitoring patients' health status, including taking vital signs and recording medical history.
• Administering medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educating patients and their families on health promotion, disease prevention, and self-care.
• Responding to emergencies and providing life-saving measures, if necessary.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records for each patient.
• Assisting with diagnostic tests, procedures, and surgeries.
• Providing emotional support and counseling to patients and their families.
• Keeping abreast of the latest developments in nursing and healthcare through continuing education and professional development.
• Maintaining strict adherence to laws, regulations, and standards of practice.
Qualifications:
• PH Registered Nurse
• With active PRC license (valid for atleast 6 months)
• Must have atleast 1 year bedside experience
• Has good customer service orientation
• Has good communication and interpersonal skills
• Has good analytical skills
• Knowledgeable in MS Office and Internet browsing
• Amenable to work in graveyard shift or shifting schedule
• Willing to work in Bridgetowne, Quezon City (B&M)
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
1 year of experience
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Communication and persuasion, Health
