₱ 17,000.00 (monthly) Permanent contract Full Time
Your day-to-day in a nutshell:
Answering incoming calls from customers
Resolving customer inquiries/requests
Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner
What are we looking for?
Completed 2nd Year College or has earned at least 60 units; Senior High School Graduate / HS Graduate Old Curriculum
(or)Completed a 2 Year ; Vocational/TESDA Course experience Minimum of 6 months Call Center experience needed
Knowledgeable of Insurance Environment is an Advantage
Good Communication skills
