The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests and clients of a hotel and services account. The CSR will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on hotel and service offerings. They will be expected to work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the best possible guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate and detailed information about hotel and service offerings, amenities, and promotions.
Resolve guest complaints and issues by investigating and taking appropriate action.
Process reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and billing transactions accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional guest service.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards guests and clients at all times.
Meet or exceed guest service targets and goals.
Stay up-to-date with hotel and service offerings, as well as industry trends and best practices.
Assist with additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Senior high school
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Customer service, Customer Support
