We are looking for active PHRN & USRN
Job Description
Conduct inbound/outbound/outreach to providers; escalate calls; provide clinical patient information, arrange admissions, transfers and consults and to make call back arrangements; task, prioritize and confirm the arrangements and provide 3-way conferencing.
Qualifications
Active Mainland US and PH license
2-3 years solid post education clinical
Registered Nurse with active license (active within 3 months)
With or without clinical experience
With or without BPO experience
Has good customer service orientation
Has good communication and interpersonal skills
Has good analytical skills
Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing
Amenable to work in graveyard shift
Willing to work in Pasig or Alabang
